Corrections to business details
Contact details and operational information can be updated when you provide the correct value alongside evidence that confirms it. Acceptable proof includes your current website, your Google Business Profile, or other official business documentation. Once a correction is applied, it remains in place even when the directory refreshes its data in future months. Factual fields that can be corrected are your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and the services you offer.
Disputing your score or reviews
Your score is never manually adjusted. If you believe your score is wrong, you are disputing the underlying data, not requesting a higher number. This means you are claiming that the wrong business was matched to your profile, that reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or that our summary of what reviewers wrote misrepresents their actual feedback. When you dispute, the directory re-examines the source data and regenerates your listing from scratch. A dispute is investigated on its merits; the outcome may confirm your score as correct.
Removing a listing
Listings are removed if your business has permanently closed, if the entry is a duplicate of another, or if you operate outside the scope of this directory. The directory also runs a verification cycle each month that automatically detects and removes closed businesses. A listing that is accurate and falls within scope will not be removed, and the reason for declining your request will be stated plainly.
